Boosting Libyan Tax Authority with Agile Project Management Skills
The E-nable project, funded by the European Union and Implemented by Expertise France, is bringing innovative training to the Libyan tax authority. A 5-day Agile Foundation & Agile Scrum Master training was delivered last week (14-18 October 2024), equipping participants with the skills to revolutionize their work processes.
The training, attended by a group of employees from the Tax Authority led by Mr. Omar Alzarroug – the Deputy Director General of the Tax Authority and members from Expertise France team in Libya, covered a wide range of topics, including Agile principles, Scrum roles, events, and artifacts. Participants learned to estimate and plan effectively, manage Agile teams, and continuously improve their workflows. Through interactive exercises, they gained practical experience and developed a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
This training aims to empower Libyan tax authorities to become more efficient, adaptable, and responsive to the changing needs of the Libyan business environment. By embracing Agile practices, they can deliver better services, improve collaboration, and drive digital innovation within the organization.
