New training was launched on the 6th of May 2023 for the digital lab team, which was established as an initiative supervised by the General Information Authority, with technical support from the E-NABLE project funded by the European Union and implemented by Expertise France for economic recovery in Libya. This initiative aims to keep pace with digital transformation and work together with all state institutions and those in charge of technology to employ modern technologies and information systems to support digital transformation and innovation in the country’s various sectors.
This training lasted for two days in Tunis, during which the team followed the latest work developments in mapping the existing innovations and technical solutions on the ground. The training also included presentations by Mr. Azan Patrick – Digital projects expert at the French Ministry of Finance, and Mr. Sucevc Perica – an expert in digital law. The presentations presented the lessons learned, working methods, and resources available to the French Digital Lab, the Geneva Lab, and the digital transformation center of Benin.
On the second day, the attendees discussed the agile project management methodology to enable them to work as a harmonious team and achieve all the goals and responsibilities entrusted to them in the specified time frame.
