Digital Innovation Lab Discusses Strategies for Successful Hackathons in Libya with Experts
Hackathon organization to support innovation and creativity and find technical solutions to society’s problems is the main topic of the new workshop bringing together the Libyan Digital Innovation Lab with experts specialized in digitization in Tunis from June 29-30, 2024.
Attendees discussed various aspects of hackathon organization, including task distribution, assessing the added value of presented creative solutions, evaluation methods, fostering collaboration and teamwork, and developing effective communication and outreach strategies to promote the hackathon and attract potential participants.
Notably, the Digital Innovation Lab team recently launched the Libyan Digital Innovations Map platform (https://ldil.gia.gov.ly/), which displays innovative initiatives from all over Libya.
Expertise France cooperates with the General Information Authority to support this initiative, which is part of the E-nable project funded by the European Union.
