New Training to Boost Communication and Public Relations Skills in Libyan Institutions

Communication and media professionals from the Ministry of Economy and Trade, National Economic and Social Development Board, and the Libyan Digital Innovation Lab recently began a week-long training program on effective social media and public relations strategies to strengthen their institutions’ identities and reach broader audiences.

The training aims to equip participants with the skills needed to:

  • Enhance communication: Develop clear and engaging messaging.
  • Master public relations: Build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Leverage social media: Use platforms effectively to reach target audiences.

Expertise France is partnering with the Mercury International Training Center on this initiative, which is part of the EU-funded E-nable project.
