A New Workshop for A Thriving Tourism and Traditional Industries Sectors in Libya
Economic diversification efforts in Libya continue to target key sectors. On June 3, 2024, a two-day workshop launched in Tripoli focusing on implementing general policies to develop the tourism sector and traditional industries.
This workshop is designed to equip participants with practical skills and knowledge, enabling them to make effective contributions to the development of these sectors. It will enhance their competitiveness and equip them with the tools to analyze and evaluate development opportunities.
The workshop also includes practical exercises on building business plans and discussions on leveraging Libya’s unique advantages. It targets relevant governmental and non-governmental institutions and is implemented by Expertise France in cooperation with Wizar Consulting Company. This initiative falls under the E-nable project, funded by the European Union, which aims to achieve diversified and comprehensive economic growth in Libya.
