Building Data Analysis Skills: SPSS Training to Key Libyan Institutions
With technological development and information availability, understanding and analyzing data has become essential in making sound and efficient decisions in all vital sectors and institutions. From this standpoint, Expertise France, within the E-NABLE project funded by the European Union, is cooperating with the Bureau of Statistics and Census to deliver a capacity-building program on SPSS, a software package used to analyze statistical data.
Several employees from the Ministry of Local Government, the Ministry of Planning, the National Center for Crisis Management, the Ministry of Economy and Trade, the Tax Authority, the Customs Authority, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the Ministry of Industry and Mining are participating in these trainings.
HEMFA hosts these ten-day training sessions, which are presented by six trainers from the Bureau of Statistics and Census. The sessions aim to help participants acquire new skills in data analysis to serve their organizations’ goals and improve the efficiency of project implementation and decision-making.
